MT. ZION, AUG. 19 -- Mrs. Ellen Royer died Aug. 10.  The funeral was held Aug. 12.  In the absence of the pastor of the services were conducted by Rev. W.H. Dolbeer of Lucas.

Mr. Royer was an estimable woman.  Her faith and good works are known and attested by all who knew her.  She will be greatly missed in the community, the family and the Mt. Zion church and Sabbath School, of which she had been a faithful teacher for many years.  She was a sufferer for some months, and her death was not unexpected.  The family has the sympathy of the community.
